About Pantry

We believe no food should go to waste while neighbors go hungry.

Our Story

Pantry was born from a simple observation: every night, restaurants throw away perfectly good food while food banks down the street struggle to keep their shelves stocked. The disconnect isn’t generosity — people want to donate. It’s friction. The process of donating food is slow, confusing, and offers no incentive.

We built Pantry to remove every barrier. Snap a photo, scan a barcode, or just say what you have — tap donate, get your tax receipt. That’s it. For food banks, donations appear on a live dashboard with one-click claim and pickup coordination.

“Pantry makes it easier to donate, so that it is harder to go hungry.”

Our goal: donating food should be easier than throwing it away.
